Egg tempera Series ll

I would like to write down what happened in my grandmother's house during the summer when I was 8 or 9. Although I'm not sure if it really did happen.

It was one of those days which, as an adult you look back on. I've looked back on this day many, many times. I remember it so vividly, as if time has stood still.

My grandmother passed away soon after that day breitling pas cher, so we were never able to talk about it. I remember the haze and sizzle of a day sometime in mid June. The air was thick with summer sounds...

Usually the bees were fast and small and flitted gently from flower to flower. Grandma would go to their hives and collect their honey.

This particular year I had seen grandma making a big hut out the back behind the potato patch. I had asked her about it so many times, but she never gave me a straight answer. It looked like a giant hive.

Then on that day the sky darkened overhead, and I saw them arriving, hundreds of them. The noise of their wings was so loud that I had to cover my ears. . . . .
